Set up the wall clock safely
Hang the wall clock on a flat wall using a nail or screw. The wall clock is not designed for operation in
rooms with high humidity (i.e. bathroom). Make sure that:
 no direct heat sources (i.e. radiators) influence the device;
 no direct sunlight reaches the device;
 contact with splashing or dripping water must be avoided;
 the device doesn't stand near magnetic fields (i.e. speakers);
 no foreign objects penetrate the housing;
 candles and other open flames must be kept away from this product at all times to prevent the
spread of fire.
Mounting and setup
- Do not turn the hands of the clock with your fingers!
1. Affix the hook for the movement to a wall.
2. Hang the movement on the hook.
3. Unscrew the bolt from the shaft of the movement and attach the
template to the shaft of the movement.
4. The template pointer can be shortened to the intended length.
5. Turn the template pointer to the exact location for the digits or indexes
every 30°.
6. Mark the position on the wall.
7. Carefully remove the white films from the bottoms of the foam rubber
elements and glue the foam rubber elements to the marked positions.
8. Remove the white films from the bottoms of the mirror elements.
9. Glue the mirror elements onto the correct black foam rubber elements.
10. Carefully remove the transparent protective films from the top sides of
the mirror elements.
11. Remove the transparent protective film from the hands.
12. Carefully and exactly attach the hands of the clock, using both of your
hands, to the shaft of the movement on the 12 o'clock position.
13. Attach the shorter hour hand with the round hole first- then attach the
longer minute hand with the oval-shaped hole.
14. Screw the bolt back onto the shaft to fasten the hands.
Note:
Please ensure that the hands can move freely.
15. Insert the included 1.5 V AA LR6 battery into the battery compartment
on the backside of the movement in the correct polarity.
16. Set the time by turning the setting wheel on the backside of the
movement.
