Deflate the Spa Tub Wall: Unscrew the one-way valve kit
counter-clockwise to let the air out.
Deflate the SPA Cover Air Bladder: Pull valve cap out and
squeeze the valve at its base until deflated. Then close and recess
the valve back.
IMPORTANT
It is normal that the well-inflated spa might looks less inflated at night
with colder temperatures. Meanwhile, air expands in the midday heat
and the spa might get over inflated. Please supplement or let go air
as necessary.
STEP 4 - Install the External Control Box
• Remove the protective cap of the 3 inlets on the SPA exterior wall.
• Hand tight the Control Base(F) onto the spa tub wall with the 3 Joint
Hose(K). Make sure the seal gaskets are placed inside the screw
caps properly.

WARNING
DO NOT use spanner or wrench. Hand tight to avoid cross
threading. DO NOT over tight.
STEP 5 - Leakage Check
• Check if the bottom plug is
inserted in the drainage hole
properly.
• Spray 50-50 mixed soapy water onto the One Way Valve(E) to
check possible air leakage.
STEP 6 - Install the Filter Cartridge.
1. Remove the rubber cap on the 2 filter inlet on the inside wall of
the spa. Ensure the filter inlet is clear before installing the filter
cartridge. DO NOT remove the plastic filter screen.
2. Attach the Filter Cover(J) onto the Filter Cartridge(l) properly. Turn
the 2 filter cartridges clockwise to attach them onto the filter inlets.
DO NOT over tight.
• Check if the drainage outlet
cap is secured outside the spa.
