6.6 Finishing
All finishing instruments that are suitable for cast
dentures can be used. Use covering varnish to protect
filigree elements, e.g. clasps, against abrasion in case
of electro-polishing.
6.7 Soldering

Use flux Oxynon for soldering of Biosil f to precious
metal alloys. The solder that is selected depends on the

precious metal alloy to be soldered. For soldering Biosil f
®
we recommend the Degudent -Lot (solder) N1W.
6.8 Reusability
The fabrication of high-quality dentures requires the use
of extremely pure materials. Therefore, to avoid risks
®
only original Biosil f ingots should be used.
Any serious incident in relation to the product should
be reported to the manufacturer and the competent
authority according to local regulations.
