1 INTRODUCTION
The ventilation unit ensures a healthy indoor climate through continuous
ventilation. This requires a minimum ventilation rate at all times. The unit is
therefore not equipped with an on/off switch. The resident should ensure
that the plug of the unit is always plugged in and that the socket is live.

appliance.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the

The user is responsible for the safe disposal of the ventilation unit at the end of
its service life, in accordance with locally applicable laws or regulations. You

Very important! Lethal
The exhaust fan creates a negative pressure in the house. It is important to
ensure that no flue gases from open fire, stove or other combustion
appliances can be drawn into the house. It is important that a sufficiently sized
outside air supply is always provided for the (open) burning appliance.
Always consult the installer of your combustion appliance to check that there
is no danger of flue gases entering the home.
The negative pressure in the house can be limited by ensuring that window
grilles are always sufficiently open.
