• Inspect the terrain on which you are using
the product. Remove all objects that might be
picked up and thrown by the product.
• Use the product only in daylight hours, never
in the dark.
• Do not use the product on excessively steep
terrain. Always pay attention to your posture.
• Mow diagonally to the slope, never uphill or
downhill.
• Never put hands or feet on or under rotating
parts of the product.
• Risk of crushing/trapping fingers! When using
the product make sure not to get your fingers
trapped between moving and non-moving
parts of the mower.
• Do not reach with your hands into the mowing
mechanism.

Assembly (figs. B-D)
Assemble the product as shown in figs. B-D.
Note: Place the lower handle section (4) with
the recess (4a) in the slot (1a) and fix it in positi-
on on both sides with the split pin (6) (fig. C).
Note: Attach the hooks (2a) of the grass cat-
cher (2) at the attachment points provided (1b).
Attach the strap (2b) of the grass catcher on the
lower handle section (4) and secure it with
the click lock (2c) (fig. D).
Use
Note: Mow the lawn when the grass is still
short. The higher the grass, the greater the effort
required.
Cutting height adjustment (fig. E)
The cutting height is adjusted by setting the
height of the roller (1c).
Important: The roller must be set at the same
height on both sides.
1. Loosen the screws (1d) on both sides and
adjust the roller.
2. Then retighten the screws.

Storage, cleaning
When not in use, always store the product
clean and dry at room temperature. Only clean
the product with a damp cloth and wipe dry
afterwards.
IMPORTANT! Never clean the product with
harsh cleaning agents.
Disposal
Dispose of the product and packaging
materials in accordance with current
local regulations. Store the packaging
materials (foil bags, for example) out of
the reach of children. For further information
about disposal of the product no longer needed,
contact your local council. Dispose of the
product and the packaging in an environmenta-
lly friendly manner.
The Recycling Code distinguishes
different materials to be returned for
recycling. The Code consists of the
recycling symbol for the recycling process and a
number that identifies the material.
Notes on the guarantee and
service handling
The product was produced with great care and
under continuous quality control. DELTA-SPORT
HANDELSKONTOR GmbH gives private end
customers a three-year guarantee on this product
from the date of purchase (guarantee period) in
accordance with the following provisions. The
guarantee is only valid for material and manu-
facturing defects. The guarantee does not cover
parts that are subject to normal wear and tear
and that are thus considered wear parts (e.g.
batteries) and it does not cover fragile parts such
as switches or parts that are made of glass.
Claims under this guarantee are excluded if the
product has been used incorrectly, improperly,
or contrary to the intended purpose, or if the
provisions in the instructions for use were not
observed, unless the end customer proves that
a material or manufacturing defect exists that
was not caused by one of the aforementioned
circumstances.
