CAUTION: DISCONNECT THE EQUIPMENT FROM THE ELEC-
TRICITY MAINS BEFORE DOING ANY MAINTENANCE WORK.
6.1
MAINTENANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT
Twice a year, depending on the degree of use of the unit, inspect:
- The cleanliness of the equipment
- The electrical and gas connections
- The air filter-regulator.
For all operations:
- Remove the equipment cover.
- Remove the screws from the cover .

RECOMMENDATIONS SECTION).
CHECKS AND REMEDIES
Check:
- Mains voltage before and after the on/off switch
- Check the supply violtages on the card
- Check the connections
- Check the electrode / nozzle short circuit without air
- Check the presence of an air supply when the trigger is pressed.
- Check the mains voltage
- Connect the unit to another socket
- Wait for the cooling phase. The unit starts again automatically
- Make sure the front and back of the power source are free of obstacles
- Check that P>4,2 Bars
- Increase the air pressure if necessary
- Check the condition of the air pipe
- Check the torch tip position
- Check the the torch tip connections on the cycle card
- Replace the wearing parts
- Check the air circuit
