Special Maintenance intervals

INTERVALS
Every 50 hours
• Check the pump hydraulic circuit.
• Check the pump fi ttings.
Every 100 hours • Replace the pump oil.
• Check pump suction/delivery valves.
• Check pump screws are tightened.
• Check pump adjustment valve.
• Check safety devices.
Operating instructions / Trouble Shooting Solutions
IMPORTANT
• Before undertaking any action listed below set power switch to OFF position «0». If unable to restore or restart the
correct operation of the pressure washer using the information in the table below, contact a authorized service technician.
FAILURES
Main power switch is ON «1» position and pres-
sure washer will not start.
Refer to «Safety features & devices» on page 13
(Total Stop).
The pressure washer vibrates a lot and is noisy
Insuffi cient detergent suction.
Water is not coming out of the nozzle.
The water cleaner stops during the operation.
The motor hums but does not start when main
power switch is turned ON, position «1».
CAUSES
A built-in safety device in the system has
triggered (fuse, diff erential switch, Total Stop,
etc.) has triggered.
The main power supply plug
is not inserted correctly.
The water supply is not suffi cient
The water inlet fi lter is dirty or clogged, restric-
ting water flow.
No detergent in the bottle.
Detergent used is too thick.
Water is not turned on.
Pressure nozzle is clogged.
A safety device in the system has triggered (fuse,
diff erential switch, total stop, etc.)
The thermal safety cut-off device has
triggered.
The electrical system and/or the extension cord
have insuffi cient feed.

WARNING
• Specialized maintenance procedures should
only be carried out by an authorized service
technician.
Refer to operating instructions page 13 Total
Stop safety device. Reset the protection device. If
problem persists and pressure washer continues
to shut off , do not use and consult an authorized
service technician.
Disconnect the plug from the socket and
reconnect it correctly.
Verify that high pressure hose and garden hose
are not pinched or being restricted. Ensure that
water tap is completely opened and the available
water flow is adequate - minimum 2.2 gallons per
minute and 20 psi as outlined on page 12.
Refer to «Routine maintenance» segment of the
manual.
Add detergent.
Use a detergent recommended by the manufactu-
rer (see the detergent chart), delute solution
according to manufacturer recommendations.
Check that the tap and water supply network is
completely opened and unobstructed.
Clean and/or replace the nozzle according to
outline in operating instructions page 16, Cleaning
nozzle.
Reset the protection device. If problem persists
and pressure washer continues to shut off , do not
use and consult an authorized service technician.
