4.3.6 Replacing an inhalation valve disc
1. Pull the inhalation valve out by its edge.
2. Remove the old valve disc and fit new disc.
3. Stretch and press the inhalation valve disc around the stem until it makes
even contact all around.
The valve disc must not be pinched. The disc must face inwards, and the
stems face outwards.
5 Transport
Transport the facepiece in a carrying box or mask bag.
6 Storage
– Loosen the straps as far as possible.
– Wipe visor with anti-static cloth.
– Pack full facepiece in its bag or box.
– Store it in a dry, dust-free place where it is not deformed.
Storage temperature: –15 °C to 35 °C (5 °F to 95 °F)
Keep out of direct sunlight and heat.
