Fit the heel rest plate (7) and heel
piece (31) and secure the bar using
screw (11), along with washer (27) and
tighten securely using nut (16), as
shown in Fig.7.
FITTING THE FOOT SUPPORT.-
6.- Take the footrest (39) and insert it
inside the end of the telescopic tube
(3), insert screw (40), along with
washer (13) and tighten securely
using nut (15) Fig.8.
Now take the end of the spring (23),
Fig.9, and with the help of screw (11)
hold the end of the spring as shown in
Fig.9, insert screw (11), along with
washer (27) and tighten securely
using nut (16) Fig.9, fit on the cap (41)

FITTING THE TELESCOPIC
TUBE.-
7.- The
assistance
person is recommended for this stage
of the assembly.
Once the foot support is fitted, take
hold of the couch retainer knob (18)
and pull it back as shown in Fig.10.
Next, insert the telescopic foot tube (3)
inside the tube for the couch, Fig.10,
release the knob and select your
height from the scale on the telescope
tube. Make sure you hear it click home
into the corresponding hole.
Secure it by holding the knob (30) as
shown in Fig.10.
8.- Take the handgrip (29) and insert
screw (38) along with washer (13) into
the top hole and position it on the
main support as shown in Fig.11.
Fit washer (13) and nut (15) and
tighten securely.
Fit screw (43), along with washer (13)
into the bottom hole on the handgrip
of
a
second
(29) and tighten the self-locking nut
(15) securely, Fig.11.
Perform the same operation for the
handgrip on the other side.
Important: Once you have completed
all of the assembly steps for the
appliance, secure the anti-rollover
strap to the ring on the couch support
(32) and on the main support (1),
Fig.13.
Always adjust the safety strap when
exercising at different angles.
Location and placement.-
Exercises should be performed in an
open, well lit place, with more than 4m2
of clear space around the unit.
This inversion table is designed mainly
for home use for performing special
and health checks.
The inversion table has a natural
design for comfortable, safe use.
It is also important to remain relaxed.
It can be rotated to different angles.
