ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of its box and make
sure that all of the pieces are there.
The assistance of a second person is
recommended for assembling this unit.
Take the components out of the box
and make sure that you have all of the
pieces, Fig.1:
(1) Rear rest support.
(2) Front rest support.
(3) Telescopic foot tube.
(4) Couch support.
(5) Rotation plates.
(6) Footrest holding bar.
(9) Heel piece holding bar.
(29) Hand grips.
(31) Heel piece.
(32-33) Safety strap.
(37) Protective cover.
(39) Footrest.
(49-50) Support pads.
(11) Screws M-6x45.
(13) Curved washers M-8.
(15) Self-locking nuts M-8.
(16) Self-locking nuts M-6.
(27) Curved washers M-6.
(38) Screws M-8x20.
(40) Screws M-8x50.
(43) Screws M-8x40.
(48) Screws M-6x20.

ASSEMBLY.-
1.- Position the main support (1) as
shown in Fig.3.
Next, make sure to lower the lock
plates (8) in the direction of the arrow
so that they are set horizontally, as
shown in Fig.3.
2.- Place the support pads (49) and
(50), Fig.3, and secure them using
screws (48) and (51) along with the
washers (54) as shown in Fig.3, fit on
the cap (55).
3.- Fit the protective covers (37) as
shown in Fig.3.
FITTING THE COUCH ONTO THE
SUPPORT.-
4.- The assistance
person is recommended for this stage
of the assembly.
Take the rotation plates (5) and fit
them into the centre hole as shown in
Fig.5, on both the right and left sides.
Make sure that the two plates have
been introduced into their respective
holes.
Once the rotation plates are fitted,
insert them into the corresponding
slots on the main support (2) Fig.6.
Check that the couch (4) turns
smoothly on the rotation plates without
jamming Fig.6.
5.- Take the heel piece holding bar
and fit the heel rest plate (7) along with
the heel piece (31) onto the heel piece
holding bar (9) Fig.7.
Next, fit the other end of the bar into
the hole on the telescopic tube (3) see
Fig.7.
