MIXING INSTALLATION
In mixed installations, a corresponding electrical separation of the conductive connections between the
different materials is provided. For heating water flowed through heat exchangers must additionally an
electric. Separation in the flow and return line are performed so that a short circuit over the prescribed
grounding of the line is avoided.
WATER PRESSURE SHOCK
When installing quick-action fittings such as single-lever mixers, electric valves and ball valves etc. with
extremely short closing times, water hammering may occur. The water hammer pressures reach very
high values and can lead in the medium term to wear and breakage of pipelines and storage tanks. When
using such components, appropriate "water hammering" measures are provided. Damage caused by
overpressure is not covered by the warranty.
MAINTENANCE
The system must be checked every year by a specialised company. This must be documented and
the documentation retained. With a built-in magnesium anode, the protective effect is based on an
electrochemical reaction, which leads to a reduction of magnesium. The inspection of the magne-
sium anode is carried out using the latest technology, as a minimum by visual inspection. The
inspection is carried out annually. Under heavy load, this should be changed in advance (annually)
if necessary. We recommend that you replace the magnesium anode at the latest every 2 years.
The inspection and exchange must be documented. Where making a complaint, the paperwork and
purchase invoice must be submitted. DIN 4753 must be observed. When replacing the magnesium
anode, proceed as follows: First depressurise the tank, then switch off the circulation pump and
drain the water from the buffer tank. Then replace the anode. After the exchange is completed
open the warm water tap and fill the buffer tank with water again. Where there is an on-site
installation of a parasitic current anode, a functional check using the indicator or according to
manufacturer's instructions is adequate. In areas with very hard water, we recommend installing a
decalcification system. The electric heating insert should be descaled annually, depending on the
hardness and operating time. At the same time, the function control for control thermostats, safety
temperature limiters and heating rods should be carried out at the same time as there is a risk of
container damage.
ATTENTION!
Check the tightness of the spit at regular intervals. For water damage no liability is assumed. After
opening the flange, a new seal must be installed. First hand tighten the screws by hand and then
tighten with a tightening torque of max. Tighten 25 Nm crosswise.

conditions.

Prerequisite for warranty claims is compliance with the following conditions:
> Checking the scope of delivery for completeness
> dry and frost-proof installation
> Regular leakage checks of the storage tank, as well as all connections and flanges
> Carrying out general maintenance
> Operation only in closed systems
