TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom
Symbol L appears in the
displays.
Eror code Er03 in the display.
Error code U400 and/or
continuous beep.
Not able to switch on the
centre or right side cooking
zones. You hear an audio
sound.
Other error codes.
Possible cause
Lock function activated.
You have pressed two or more
keys at the same time.
The control panel is dirty or
has water lying on it.
The appliance has been
connected incorrectly and/or
the mains voltage is too high.
Maximum setting on 2 phase
limitation is reached.
Defective generator.
Solution
Touch simultaneously for a
minimum of three seconds
the rear left cooking zone plus
(+) key and the minus (-) key
until you hear a audio signal.
Do not operate more than one
key at the same time.
Clean the control panel.
Let your connection be
changed.
Reduce settings; consult the
power managament table.
Contact the service
department.
