The working air pressure too low.
Incorrect dimensions of hoses con-
nected to compressed air line.

Action
Adjust pressure.
Change hoses or other fitting parts.
Reduce load to specified rated
value.
Adjust lubricator setting.
Dismantle vane motor, see "Ser-
vice instructions".
Adjust brake, see "Operating in-
structions".
Unscrew adapter and clean
strainer.
Clean the silencer.
Adjust the control yoke, see "Oper-
ating instructions".
Adjust the control yoke.
Adjust lubricator setting.
Adjust brake.
Clean and lubricate chain.
Fit a new chain.
Dismantle motor.
Adjust brake.
Dismantle brake and clean all
parts. Check thickness of brake lin-
ings. Minimum thickness approxi-
mately 1 mm.
Adjust overload protection device.
Reduce load below specified rated
load.
Adjust position of control yoke.
Change control shaft.
Clean and lubricate Valve cone.
Also check fitting of Valve cone
liner.
Remove Vane motor from hoist.
Check and adjust Vane motor if
necessary.
