Operation
Do not operate with twisted, entangled or damaged chain. Do not alter the length of the load chain by for
example welding, bolting or by knots.
CAUTION Falling parts
If the collector is undersized, the chain may fall out and cause property damage or bodily injury.
Make sure that the length of the chain does not exceed the capacity of the collector.

Inspect the hoist regularly
■ In case of jarring or rattling, inspect chain, chain wheel and chain guide with respect to wear and
damages.
■ Make sure that the load chain is lubricated.
■ Make sure that the load chain is not corroded, worn or damaged.
Emergency lowering of load in case of power drop-out
In order to lower the load safely in case of a cut-off in air supply, follow the instruction below:
Control-chain operated hoist:
Pull the handle (A) downwards.
Pendant-control operated hoist:
Pull the yoke (B) downwards.
