• Work at electrical installations should always be carried out by a qualified
electrician.
• Always observe statutory regulations (health and safety, accident preven-
tion), in particular the regulations of German professional organizations
(BGR 232) or EN 12453 "Safety in use of power operated doors" as well as
the applicable valid VDE or EN standards.
• The system fitter is responsible for correct assembly, instructing the op-
erator and issuing the CE mark.
• The operator has to ensure that the system is only operated when fully
functional and that the operability of the safety devices is regularly in-
spected by a technical expert.
• If the mains connection cable is damaged, it has to be replaced immedi-
ately by a qualified electrician.
• When using roller shutters the customer has to ensure that the roller shut-
ters are protected and, e.g., that dangerous situations cannot arise if the
end limits are overrun.
• The estimated service life of the control is 100.000 operations.
