material flow. The maximum material flow
can be adjusted with the material flow
control [1-18].
■ Turn to the right to reduce the maximum
material flow.
■ Turn to the left to increase the maximum
material flow.
■ Heed the necessary spray distance.
Cleaning
SATAgraph 4 must be cleaned after the end
of the spraying process, when taking a longer
spraying break or changing the material.
■ Clean SATAgraph 4 (see chapter 10.2).

Risk of injuries from components
coming loose
Components may come loose unexpectedly
when performing maintenance to SATA-
graph 4 while this is still connected to the
compressed air circuit.
→ Always disconnect SATAgraph 4 from
the compressed air circuit before perform-
ing any maintenance work.
Warning!
Risk of injuries from pointed or sharp
components
During maintenance work there is a risk of
injuries caused by the exposed paint needle
in SATAgraph 4.
→ Be careful when handling sharp parts,
wear protective gloves if necessary.
