Replacing the motor axle
In case of heavy wear of the motor axle caused by
sand, many years of operation or running dry, the
motor axle can be replaced very easily:
Turn around the motor block and unscrew the rear
nut (9).
Apply a hammer and a push rod (10) to push the
motor axle from the motor block with light taps on
the axle.
Prepare the new axle (article No. 6508.750). The
thrust washer should be positioned correctly; see
illustration (11) where the arrow is pointing to the
seat !
Apply a hammer and a push rod to carefully press
the new axle into the motor block up to the stop (12).
Position the washer (13) and the nut (14) on the
axle, and subsequently tighten the rear nut (15),
using a screw-driver at the same time to prevent the
axle from twisting.
Caution ! Maximum tightening force: 8 Nm.

Remplacement de l'axe moteur
L'axe moteur se remplace très facile suite à
une forte usure par un fonctionnement dans le
sable, de nombreuses années d'utilisation ou un
fonctionnement à sec :
Tournez le bloc moteur et dévissez l'écrou
arrière (9).
Avec un marteau et chasse-goupille (10), retirez
l'axe du moteur en frappant des coups légers.
Préparez le nouvel axe (réf. 6508.750), la rondelle
pivot doit être tournée dans la bonne direction, voir
vue en détail de l'arrondi (11) !
Insérez avec précaution le nouvel axe à l'aide des
chasse-goupille et marteau (12).
Insérez la rondelle (13) et l'écrou (14).
Resserrez l'écrou arrière (15), évitez la rotation de
l'axe en le bloquant par un tournevis inséré dans la
fente avant.
Attention ! Couple de serrage maximal 8 Nm.
