9. Initial Operation
The pressure spray gun is delivered completely assembled and ready for
operation.
After unpacking check whether:
■ Damage to pressure spray gun
■ The scope of delivery is complete (see 5)
Explosion risk!
An explosion may result if unsuitable air hoses are used.
→ Use only undamaged, solvent-resistant, anti-static air hoses in good
working condition that have a continuous compression strength of at
least 290 psi,, and an inside diameter of at least 0.4" as well as a
leakage resistance of < 1MOhm, such as the SATA air hose (Art. No.
53090).
Information!
Use a compressed air connection with a 1/4" male thread or suitable
SATA quick connect nipple.
Use uncontaminated compressed air by using an SATA filter 484 (Art.
No. 92320), for example.
■ Check all screws for tightness.
■ Connect compressed air line to flushing connection [1-12].
10. Normal Operation
Check with the manufacturer prior to using the pressure spray gun to
ensure that the cleaning and preservative media can be used with the
pressure spray gun.
