7 - COMMISSIONING YOUR WINE CABINET
I- Connecting
Check that your plug is connected to a power supply (presence of the correct amp fuses, functioning
30 mA differential circuit breaker (not applicable to some countries).
WAIT 48 HOURS BEFORE COMMISSIONING YOUR WINE CABINET.
II- Switching on
When you switch on the cabinet, the control panel automatically lights up.
After a few minutes, if the set temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, the cold circuit indicator light comes on.
If the set temperature is higher than the ambient temperature, the hot circuit indicator light comes on.

IV - Setting the temperature
Temperatures in your wine cabinet are set entirely from the control panel which is set out as follows:
- Temperature displays: display the actual temperatures inside your wine cabinet.
- Setting keys: allow you to select the desired temperatures inside the cabinet.
- Hot/cold circuit indicator lights: allow you to see the functioning of the hot or cold circuits.
To set the temperatures of your Dual Zone:
Press and hold down the "set" key. The lighting and set temperature adjustment menus light up. To navigate from one menu to
another, use the + or – keys.
Position the pointer at the level of the set temperature adjustment menu ( ) and validate with the "set" key. The lower
compartment temperature display flashes, the set temperature is then displayed.
For the white/rosé wine compartment (lower compartment), the default set temperature is 8°C (46°F). This set temperature
can be set within a range of 6 to 12°C (43 to 54°F) via the + and – keys. Beyond this temperature range, the + and – keys do
not work.
Once the set temperature has been validated by the "set" key, the second set temperature flashes, for the upper section.
For the red wine section (upper section), the default set temperature is 18°C (64°F). This set temperature can be set within a
range of 16 to 20°C (61 to

N.B.: in order to function correctly, your cabinet must be placed in a room with a temperature of 12 - 30°C (54 - 86°F). A
temperature gradient may remain in each compartment with extreme temperatures of use.
When making significant modifications to set temperatures, it may take several hours for the temperature in your wine cabinet
to stabilise and for the desired temperatures to be displayed.
