Decree n°151 of 25th July 2005 actuation
of the European Directive 2002/96/CE of
23rd February 2003 on waste electrical
and electronic equipment. It is connected
to the policy and action which aim to the
prevention of waste electrical and electronic
recovery of such wastes so as to reduce the
disposal of waste. It also seeks to improve the
environmental performance of all operators
involved in the life cycle of electrical and
electronic equipment.
