5. Troubleshooting for the installer
Problem: the E-F1 error message appears in the display
Troubleshooting: Check temperature sensors:
a. Disconnect all sauna control terminals from the mains.
b. Disconnect the white heater sensor wires from terminal F1
on the sauna control unit.
c. Measure the resistance on both ends of the cable.
► At room temperature (~25 °C) the value must be 1.9 – 2.1 kΩ.
Problem: Display shows the E-24 error message
Troubleshooting: check the temperature fuse:
a. Disconnect all sauna control terminals from the mains.
b. Disconnect the red heater sensor wires from terminal TS
on the sauna control unit.
c. Measure the resistance on both ends of the cable.
► The value must be 0 kΩ (continuity).
Problem: Display shows E-P1 error message
The following troubleshooting steps must be performed by a certified electrical fitter.
WARNING!
The following tests must be performed with the power supply
switched on. There is a danger of electric shock.
● NEVER touch live parts.
Troubleshooting: perform the calibration as follows:
a. Turn off the control unit. You do not need to completely disconnect
the unit from the mains.
b. Carefully pull off the knob of the temperature controller.
