The motorised product does not
operate.
The motorised product stops too soon. The end limits are incorrectly set.
The red LED of the control point lights

2.4.2.Erasing the memory of the motor (factory default)
Press and hold the motor head programming button until the motorised product
briefly moves up and down 3 times.
➔ All the settings are erased.
3.USE AND MAINTENANCE
3.1.Use from the application
The motor control and tilting control are possible from the application: follow the instructions on TaHoma application.
CONTROLLING UP, DOWN, MY: IN ROLLER MODE.
3.2.Controlling up, down, my
1] To move the motorised product from a limit to the other limit, briefly press
the UP or DOWN button.
2] To stop the motorised product, briefly press the MY button.
3] (If a my position is recorded) To move the motorised product to the my
position, briefly press the MY button.

Possible causes
The control point battery is low.
Drive battery is low and requires charge.
Red LED blinks 3 times when any button
of a paired control point is pressed.
The control point is not compatible or
not programmed.
An obstacle hinders the movement of
the motorised product.
Drive position is out of the end limits.
Motor is not linked to a network.
The thermal protection has activated.
The motorised product has exceeded
recommended weight limit.
Drive battery is low and requires charge.
Red LED blinks 3 times when any button
of a paired control point is pressed.
There is a setting error.

Solutions
Check the battery and replace it as
required.
Plug in the charger.
Check the compatibility or replace the
remote control if necessary.
Remove the obstacle.
Proceed to section Drive settings [} 5]
Proceed to section Network
management [} 5].
Wait for the drive to cool down.
Reset the end limits with Set & Go
Connect application.
Replace motorised product.
Plug in the charger.
Proceed to section Drive settings [} 5]
