4. Insert the power plug into an earthed wall socket that is easily accessible. Use an earthed
wall socket with a minimum power of 500 Watt.
Operation
WARNING
Before every use, make sure that:
• you operate the device with dry hands;
• the device is clean and dry;
• the device is not damaged;
• the device is not covered or blocked;
• the device is safely installed.
CAUTION
• When the device is turned on or off, it may emit a sound. This is the material
expanding and shrinking during heating and cooling down.
• The device will function even when it is at its lowest setting. Remove the plug
from the socket to switch off the appliance completely.
1. Turn the thermostat dial clockwise to the

* The snowflake symbol means that the frost shield will keep the area frost-free (as long as the
area is not too big or too cold).
