EXTERNAL SURFACE
Use a soft cloth and neutral liquid detergent to clean the ceramic parts.
The external parts must be dried with a dry cloth.
Do not use sponges or other material to smoothen the surface.
PANORAMIC GLASS
The panoramic glass is cleaned by itself during the stove operation; the air touches the inside part of the glass and clean it
from ash and particles.
Is it possible that after working for several hours the glass is dirty inside. This may be due to the quality of the pellets used as
well as a bad circulation of the smoke exit. In this case clean the glass using a cotton cloth soaked with glass cleaning
detergent. We remind you that to perform this operation the stove must be completely cold.
DOOR JOINTS OF THE FIREPLACE
The joint ensures the hermetic enclosure of the stove and also guarantees its smooth operation. It is necessary to check it
regularly and replace it immediately if it is damaged. A technician should perform this operation.
FAN INSPECTION (See picture)
Remove periodically the cover to access to the fan area
This operation can be done more or less frequently depending on the quality of the pellet used and combustion residues
that appear.
It is not allowed to touch the smoke extractor part: this component is very delicate and a simple hit can cause great
damage. See page 20 for fan cleaning. The defective part must be replaced in case of damage during cleaning and
warranty will not cover it.
