Please read these instructions carefully. The instructions are an integral com-
ponent of the product. Therefore, please store them and the packaging carefully
in case questions arise in the future. Please always include these instructions
when giving the product to a third party. This product must be assembled by
an adult. This product is not designed for industrial use. The use of the product
requires certain capabilities and skills. Always adjust according to the age of the
user and use for the purpose it has been designed for.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Please read the user guide and especially the safety instructions carefully
before using this product.
• ATTENTION! This product ist not suitable for therapeutic purposes! Make
sure that you are fundamentally healthy before the start of the training to
avoid any physical risks. Please consult your doctor, if in doubt.
• In order not to compromise your security, you should only use the original
parts that are included in the delivery.
• ATTENTION! This product is not a toy! Children must be allowed to exercise
only under supervision.
• Your use of the product is carried out at your own risk.
• Ensure prior to each workout that you have ample space and that the workout
area is free from objects. The workouts should only be carried out on flat and
non-slip surfaces. Ensure that no other persons, in particular young children
are within reach, during the workouts with the skipping rope. Risk of injury!
• The product must not be used by several people at once.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
WORKOUT WITH THE SKIPPING ROPE
This skipping rope is specially designed for sporting use. High-quality ball bea-
rings combined with a 90° rope deflection, prevent wear on the rope ends and
ensure a perfect trajectory of the skipping rope. The sheathed steel rope is thin,
however heavy enough, in order to provide for a high rotational speed.
Stepless length adjustment:
The rope length can be steplessly varied, in order to provide for an optimum
adaptation to the body height. You do this by loosening the fine adjustment
screws on the handle end and then adjusting the rope length accordingly. Firm-
ly tighten the adjusting screws again, after the length adjustment. Make sure
that the leeway length on both ends is equal. Too much leeway length, should as
far as possible be avoided, you should if necessary shorten the rope accordingly.
The following overview can serve as a guide for length adjustment:
• Body height 140 - 160 cm: Rope length approx. 240 cm
• Body height 160 - 180 cm: Rope length approx. 270 cm
• Body height 180 - 200 cm: Rope length approx. 300 cm

1. Warming up: Warm up before each training session. Walk or run in place;
stretches and light stretching exercises are perfectly suited for warm ups.
2. Breathing: Correct breathing plays an important role in training. Breath
quietly and constantly. Don't ever hold your breath when training.
3. Clothing and space: Wear comfortable sportswear for the workout; ensure
that you have the ample space around you, which you require to perform the
exercises. Always wear sports shoes; you should never carry out workouts with
bare feet, sandals, stockings or tights.
4. Training approach: Don't overdo it and always adjust your exercises and the
scope of your exercises to your level of performance. First begin with only a few
repetitions and then increase your level from week to week. Take at least one
day off between two training units. Always make sure to consult your doctor
before you being an exercise regimen.
5. Warming down: Never end the training abruptly. Reduce the intensity of your
training gradually before you leave the equipment. Finally, do some light stretch
exercises. That will allow your pulse to lower and your body will be able to rege-
nerate faster for the next time you strain your muscles because the metabolic
declines (lactates) can be decomposed easier if you engage in closing exercises.
6. Health: Immediately interrupt your exercise regimen if you feel your muscles
pull during your exercises or even if you experience pain in general. For your
safety, contact your physician.
EXERCISE PROPOSALS
Simple-Jump (Picture 1)
Skip with both feet without intermediate skips.
Fast-Jump (Picture 2)
Try to skip as fast as possible.
Side-Jump (Picture 3)
Skip with both feet alternating between the left and the right.
Swing-Jump (Picture 4)
Skip forward and back with both feet like a swinging bell.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Use a dry or damp cloth only to clean the product; do not use special cleaning
agents! Check the product for damage or traces of wear and tear before and
after each use. Do not make any structural changes. For your own safety, please
use original spare parts only. These can be sourced from HUDORA. If parts be-
come damaged or if sharp edges or corners should develop, the product may not
be used any more. If in any doubt, please contact our service team (http://www.

the elements, cannot be damaged, and cannot injure anyone.

At the end of the product's life, please dispose of it at an appropriate collection
