as well as a number of other important seals and components to complete the repair. Details of this kit are on page 18.
WARNING! Disconnect electrical power and relieve any pressure in the lines
prior to servicing this pump! Failure to do so can result in damage to the
equipment and personal injury or death!
Dimensional Information
1. Bypass valve sticking.
2. Low voltage.
3. Excessive rotor or vane
wear.
4. Debris in pump cavity.
1. Pumping high viscosity
fluids.

3. Restricted suction pipe.

Remove and inspect valve; must
move freely & be free of debris.
Check incoming line voltage while
pump is running.
Check rotor & vanes for excessive
wear or damage.*
Clean debris from pump cavity.
These fluids can only be pumped
for short periods of time (less than
30 minutes duty cycle).
Remove and clean screen.
Remove and clean pipe.
Return to place of purchase.
Clean and check pump rotor and
vanes.
Check incoming power.
Replace switch (KIT120SW).
Return to place of purchase.
Return to place of purchase.
Check wiring.
Check all o-ring gaskets.
Clean seal & seal cavity.
Replace seal.
Refer wetted parts list to fluid
manufacturer.
 
Tighten fasteners.
