Maxi-Cosi RodiFix AirProtect in the car
1. Use the Maxi-Cosi RodiFix AirProtect only on a front-facing
seat that is fitted with an automatic or static 3-point belt that
has been approved according to the ECE R16 standard or similar.
Do NOT use a 2-point belt.
2. Make sure the car seat can be installed properly in your car
before purchasing it.
3. Always fully install the Maxi-Cosi RodiFix AirProtect with the
car seat belt, even if there is no child in it.
4. Deactivate the airbag if using the Maxi-Cosi RodiFix AirProtect on
the front passenger seat. If this is not possible,
place the passenger seat in the earmost position.
5. Remove the car seat headrest if it stops you from adjusting the
headrest of the Maxi-Cosi RodiFix AirProtect to the desired
height.
6. Make sure to replace the headrest of the back seat of your
vehicle when you remove the car seat Maxi-Cosi RodiFix
AirProtect.
7. The Maxi-Cosi RodiFix AirProtect back support cannot be
removed to ensure optimum safety.
8. Make sure that fold-down rear seats are locked into position
and that the back rest of the car seat is upright position.
9. Prevent the Maxi-Cosi RodiFix AirProtect from becoming
trapped or weighed down by luggage, seats and/or slamming
doors.
10. Make sure all luggage and other loose objects are secured.
11. Always cover the Maxi-Cosi RodiFix AirProtect when exposed
