7. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problems
The unit does not start.
No LED is on. No beep is heard.
The unit does not start.
A triple beep is heard when the On/
Off button is pressed.
The shower rod comes out but the
water does not flow + WATER LED
flashing.
The shower rod comes out and then
goes back in + 3 beeps + WATER
LED flashing.
The seat, water or air temperature
is too low.
The side control does not work
when a button is pressed.
The toilet seat moves.
Water flows even when the device
is not in use.
8. DISPOSAL
The device must not be disposed of as household waste and must be disposed of at a recycling point for electrical equipment.
9. STANDARDS
Saniseat+ complies with the European Low Voltage Standard and EN1717 (Protection against pollution of drinking water in indoor systems).
10. GUARANTEE
Saniseat+ is guaranteed for 2 years for parts and labour, subject to correct installation, use and maintenance of the unit.
Probable causes
The unit is not plugged in.
Power supply problem.
Device not switched on.
General fault.
Water supply fault.
Low pressure at the water supply.
Filter clogged.
Limescale problem.
Adjustment problem
Presence sensor not activated.
Poor fixing of the base plate.
Automatic cleaning of the shower
rod.
Drainage of remaining water around
the shower rod.
Action needed
Plug in the unit.
Check the electrical system.
Press the On/Off button.
Reset the unit: unplug the electrical plug from the toilet seat and
plug it back in.
Check that the water valve is open.
Take the necessary measures to increase the water pressure.
Change the filter (Ref.:Saniseat-999).
Descale nozzles (see 6.2 Maintenance).
Adjust (see 5.2.2 Choice of settings, page 14).
Sit down or adapt your sitting position to have access to the was-
hing, massage and drying functions.
Tighten the plate screws.
Automatic cleaning stops without intervention when it is finished.
Draining of the drips from the shower rod coMPartment will stop
of its own accord.
