3. INSTALLATION
3.1 PREREQUISITES FOR INSTALLATION
WARNING
Connection to a water recycling system.
Risk of skin irritation, risk of damage to the device.
Connect to the inlet of cold domestic drinking water.
• The device must be installed indoors, in a room where the tempera-
ture remains between 4 and 40°C.
• The room must be equipped with an electrical socket connected to
ground. All wiring must conform to BS7671, 1992 requirements for elec-
trical installations.
• Make sure the toilet flush is correctly adjusted, which must not splash
the seat under any circumstances.
• For optimal use, the depth of the bowl (from the front of the bowl to
the tank) should be at least 500 mm.
• The device can only support a load of less than 150 kg.
3.2 FITTING
DANGER
Do not connect the device to the power before installa-
tion is complete.
3.2.1 Fixing the base plate
See enclosed leaflet.
The plate must allow the correct positioning of the seat.
3.2.2 Installing the seat
See enclosed leaflet.
The toilet seat must be stable, and must not move from left to right.
3.2.3 Hydraulic connection
See enclosed leaflet.
NOTICE
The anti-scale filter is missing from the installa-
tion.
Risk of damage to the device
Always use the supplied filter. Observe the direction of
use - see arrow.
• Close the main water inlet valve.
• Remove the water inlet hose (between the water supply tap and the
cistern).
• Screw the supplied T-fitting onto the water inlet and then replace the
inlet hose between the T-fitting and the cistern.
• To supply water to the tank of the toilet seat:
· Connect the supplied supply hose to the elbow of the cistern.
· Place the staight coupling on the other end of the supply hose.
Connect the straight coupling to the filter and then the filter to
the T-connector.
• Do not kink or pinch the water inlet hose.
• Tighten the nuts firmly.
• Open the main water inlet valve and check there are no leaks.
