Use of the machine.
Use this machine only for the uses for which it is designed. The use of this machine for any other
use is dangerous and may cause damage to the user and/or the machine.
Insert the branches into the inlet tube and when they are inside, let them go. The machine will
suck the branches automatically. When introducing thick branches, make sure that the engine
revolutions are sufficient. Cut the side branches with a thickness greater than 3 cm. from the main
branch and insert them into the machine separately. Long branches could hit your face, so you
should keep some distance and always wear the protection on your face. The hardness of
firewood depends on the type of firewood, the time between pruning and crushing and the dryness
of the branches. For optimized operation, the branches should be crushed right after pruning.
PAY ATTENTION TO THE COMMENTS THAT FOLLOW:
If you accidentally press the SC System the machine will stop.
- The outlet pipe must be properly screwed to the machine at all times so that no crushed material
comes off and no one is injured.
Always check that the two screws at the bottom of the inlet pipe are tightened. If you want to stop
the crushing, leave the machine running for a few minutes so that the crushed material is
completely expelled, otherwise you could jam the rotor the next time you want to use it.
Maintenance and service.
Perform regular inspections on the machine to ensure efficient operation of the machine. For
complete maintenance we recommend that you take the machine to your technical service
It is always necessary to turn off the engine before cleaning or transporting this machine.
Before performing any maintenance on the machine or repair make sure the engine is stopped
and remove the pipe from the spark plug. Carry out all maintenance of the machine with this
setting on a flat and clear surface. Do not adjust the carburetor. If necessary, take your machine
to service. The adjustment of the carburetor is complicated and should only be done by the
technical service. Incorrect adjustment of the carburetor can cause damage to the engine and will
be grounds for cancellation of the warranty.
The removal of safety devices, improper maintenance, replacement of elements with non-original
spare parts can cause bodily injury.
When cleaning the machine with high pressure water, never direct it to the bearings and the
machine and therefore void the warranty.
Grease bearings, blades and rotor against corrosion before storing the machine. Before
repairing/working on the rotor, lock the rotor with a wrench on the rotor shaft.
Check the emergency button frequently.
Check the tyre pressure and keep it at the proper pressure (minimum 1.5 bar maximum 1.9 bar).
7.1. MAINTENANCE AND CARE AFTER USE
Perform the following maintenance and care operations when you finish working with the machine
to ensure the proper functioning of this machine on future occasions.
7.1.1. GENERAL CLEANLINESS
Keep the machine clean, especially the fuel tank area and areas near the air filter.
