IX. Plugging in Power Cord and Turning
Power ON
1. Plug in the power cord to the machine.
2. Connect the power cord to a power outlet.
3. Fit the cord clamp included in the machine over
the power cord. (one screw included in the
machine).
4. Turn ON the power switch located on the left side
in the rear.
5. Turn ON the sub switch located on the side of the
control panel.

X. Clearing the Counters
1. Call the Tech. Rep. Mode to the screen. (For the
procedure, see the Service Manual.)
2. Select functions in this order: Tech. Rep. Mode →
Counter → Special Parts Counter.

3. Using the Clear key, clear "PC Life" and then "I/C
Life."
4. Touch "END."
5. Press the Reset key.
