the child to climb out of the high chair or could repre-
sent choking or strangling hazards.
• Always place the high chair on a horizontal, stable sur-
face when the child is seated in it. Never place the high
chair near stairs or steps or on carpets.
• Bags or weights must not be placed on the tray or
hung on the high chair frame, as they might affect the
stability of the high chair.
• If the high chair is exposed to direct sunlight for a long
time, allow it to cool down before placing your child
in it.
• Do not leave the high chair in the sun for a long time:
it may change the colour of the materials and fabric.
• When not in use, the high chair must be kept out of the
reach of children.
• Never use the high chair without its cover.
• Do not use components, replacement parts, or acces-
sories not supplied or approved by the manufacturer.
• Do not open or close the high chair when your child
is sitting in it.
• WARNING! When not in use, keep the tray out of the
reach of children.
• WARNING: If the high chair is equipped with parking
brakes, always engage the parking device when the
high chair is stationary.
HOW TO USE THE HIGH CHAIR
The product may be used as high chair from an age at
which the child can sit up unaided, up to 36 months.
If used as high chair, it is possible to:
• Adjust the height of the seat;
• Adjust the legrest and footrest;
• Tilt the backrest;
• Use the tray and adjust it.
To perform the above mentioned operations, refer to
the corresponding paragraphs.
USING TOY BAR
• WARNING: Never use the toy bar to lift the high chair.
• Do not attach any strings to extend the fastening sy-
stems of the toy bar's hanging toys and do not make
knots/loops: this may cause the accidental formation
of loops that could pose strangling hazards. This toy
must only be used under adult supervision.
• Regularly check the product for signs of wear or any
other damage. If any part of the product is damaged,
do not use and keep out of the reach of children.
• The toy bar must only be used together with the Polly
Magic Relax high chair.
• The toy bar must be reclined in order to keep the toys
at an adequate distance from the face of the child,
and to enable them to interact correctly with the toys
when playing.
FITTING TOY BAR
1. Attach the structure of toy bar D1 to the high chair,
placing the fixing hooks D2 on the side joints of the
high chair D5 (Fig. 19).
2. To complete assembly, close the fastening tabs D3
(Fig. 20), pushing them until you hear a click confir-
ming their correct engagement. If you fit it incorrectly
repeat the steps and check that stop D4 is correctly
engaged. (Fig. 21) indicates that it has been correctly
assembled.
3. To remove the toy bar, act on the safety stop D4 and at
the same time turn the tabs D3 outwards (Fig. 22-23).
RECLINING THE TOY BAR
Using the joints D6, the toy bar can be adjusted to 3
different reclining levels (Fig. 24) depending on the seat
position.
WARRANTY
The product is guaranteed against any conformity de-
fect in normal conditions of use as provided for by the
instructions for use.
The warranty shall not therefore apply in the case of dam-
ages caused by improper use, wear or accidental events.
For the duration of warranty on conformity defects
please refer to the specific provisions of national laws
applicable in the country of purchase, where provided.
