Installation and operation
4.1 Before installing
The machine should only be installed in places where its use and maintenance is restricted to trained personnel.
The minimum and maximum ambient temperatures for a correct operation of the machine are 5ºC and 35ºC centigrade respectively.
Check before installing:
1. Drain hose with internal diameter not less than 35 mm.
2. Mains water feed connected to water purifier (not supplied with
the machine).
3. Stopcock with 3/8" G - male outlet.
4. Earthed plug protected with magnetic circuit breaker.
5. Water feed from water purifier to machine (supplied with the
machine).
6. Drain hose (supplied with the machine).
7. Water purifier.
4.2 Installation
(After unpacking the machine, take the following steps)
•
Check that the mains voltage is the same as that on the specifications plate and in the
machine documentation.
Installing and Purging the Water Purifier
•
Place the machine in the work area and connect

the water supply to the water purifier filter (7) with
the stopcock (3) closed, connect the short hose (2)
from the stopcock to the filter inlet and connect the
longer hose (5) to the filter outlet.
•
Purge the water purifier outlet, opening the stop-
cock and following the manufacturer's instructions.
Use a bucket or the installation drainage to drain
the water until it comes out completely clean.

the water has a hardness of between 5-8 dHº(8-14
fHº) to avoid limescale and to achieve optimum
product quality.

Hydraulic connection and water supply
•
Connect the water purifier filter outlet to the pump

inlet (8).
•
Open the stopcock (3).
•
Make sure the connections are tight and that there
are no water leaks.
