With this method you can send a program
message (single command or compound of
commands) to the device input buffer.
object.Write (Message)
Message: Required. A string value corresponding
to the program message to be sent.
Timeout: This error will occur if the operation
could not be completed within the allowed
delay. For information on timeout setting, see
Initialize on page 495.
