Possible cause
Incorrect layout or wiring of the sen-
sors (float switch, pressure switch,
level sensor or tightness of the pres-
sure system).
Sensor configuration is incorrect (e.g.
level sensor configured, but pressure
switch connected).
Phase L2 or L3 is no longer applied.
Incorrect rotating field of the mains
connection.

Motor protection switch has tripped -
motor protection switch set incorrectly.
Pumping current too high due to faulty
or blocked pump.
Excessive current due to phase failure.
Hose at the fitting to the immersion
pipe (or submersible pressure switch)
or control unit is leaking.
Maximum operating cycles exceeded.
Pump runs too long per pumping oper-
ation.

Remedial measure
Functional check as described in the
system documentation.
Check power supply cable and fuses.
Swap 2 phases of power cable.
Set current value according to pump.
Remove blockage.
Replace pump, if defective. Check
mains for phase failure.
Check tightness of the pressure sensor
system.
Can be acknowledged. Inform customer
service. Error appears after a further
1000 operating cycles.
Check the system design, if necessary,
inform the customer service.
