ISTRUZIONI PER LA MESSA IN FASE DEL MARTINETTO AT 176 (CORSA 200°)
Bloccare l'anta in modo da evitarle qualsiasi movimento, svitare i due dadi (C17 ) dei raccordi del martinetto e sfilare
il tubo in plastica (C17
).
Introdurre nell'estremità dei tubi in rame (C18
Inserire l'estremità del tubo nel relativo raccordo (C18
all'estremità del raccordo in modo da garantirne una perfetta tenuta.
Ripetere l'operazione descritta su entrambi i raccordi del martinetto e sui raccordi della centralina idraulica.
Non è richiesta alcuna corrispondenza nei collegamenti tra la centralina idraulica ed il martinetto.
Fare estrema attenzione alla pulizia dei tubi prima di procedere al loro collegamento assicurandosi che il
raggio di piegatura dei tubi stessi siano tali da non provocare strozzature e, al tempo stesso, soddisfino
esteticamente lo sguardo.
Aprire la valvola di sblocco manuale posizionata sulla centralina idraulica ZT 70 ruotando, tramite una moneta, in
senso antiorario il pomello (C19
).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR TIMING THE AT 176 JACK (STROKE 200°)
Block the gate to prevent any kind of movement. Unscrew the two nuts (C17 ) on the jack connectors and remove
the plastic tube (C17
).
Fit the nut and seal olive (C18
) supplied into the end of the copper pipes (C18 ).
Fit the end of the pipe in the relative coupling (C18 ) taking care that the olive adheres perfectly to the edge of the
coupling to guarantee a perfect seal.
Repeat the above described operation on both of the jack couplings and on the hydraulic pump unit couplings.
It is not necessary to match up the connections between the hydraulic pump unit and the jack.
Make certain that the pipe are perfectly clean before connecting them and check that the curvature of the pipes
does not create any choking of the pipe and at the same time is aesthetically pleasing.
Open the manual release valve on the ZT 70 hydraulic pump unit turning the knob (C19
anticlockwise direction.

Bloquer le vantail de façon à empêcher tout mouvement, dévisser les deux écrous (C17 ) des raccords du vérin et
retirer le tuyau plastique (C17
).
Introduire à l'extrémité des tuyaux en cuivre (C18 ) l'écrou et l'olive d'étanchéité (C18 ) comprise dans la fourniture.
Insérer l'extrémité du tuyau dans le raccord correspondant (C18 ) en veillant à ce que l'olive soit bien plaquée contre
l'extrémité du raccord pour garantir une étanchéité parfaite.
Répéter l'opération décrite sur les deux raccords du vérin et sur les raccords de la centrale hydraulique.
Il n'est pas nécessaire de faire correspondre les raccordements entre la centrale hydraulique et le vérin.
Faire très attention au nettoyage des tuyaux avant d'effectuer leur raccordement et veiller à ce que le rayon
de pliage ne puisse pas provoquer d'étranglements, sans négliger l'esthétique.
Ouvrir le bouton de déverrouillage manuel placé sur la centrale hydraulique ZT 70 en tournant le bouton (C19 ) dans
le sens des aiguilles d'une montre avec une pièce de monnaie.

Ende der Verbindung anliegt, um eine perfekte Dichtheit zu garantieren.
Den beschriebenen Vorgang an beiden Verbindungen des Drehzylinders und an den Anschlüssen des
Hydraulikaggregats wiederholen.
Es wird keine Übereinstimmung bei den Anschlüssen zwischen Hydraulikaggregat und Drehzylinder
gefordert.
Mit größter Sorgfalt ist die Sauberkeit der Leitungen zu kontrollieren, bevor sie miteinander verbunden
werden. Außerdem sind die Leitungen so zu verlegen, daß zum einen keine Biegungen vorliegen, die zu
Stauungen führen, zum anderen sollten die Leitungen ästhetisch nicht stören.
Das Ventil für die manuelle Entriegelung lösen, daß sich am Hydraulikaggregat ZT 70 befindet und mit einer Münze
den Regler (C19
) im Gegenuhrzeigersinn drehen.

Bloquear la puerta para evitar cualquier movimiento. Desatornillar las dos tuercas (C17 ) de los racores del gato y sacar el tubo de plástico
(C17 ).
Introducir en la terminación de las tuberías de cobre (C18 ) la tuerca y la ojiva de sellado (C18 ) suministradas.
Introducir la terminación del tubo en su racor (C18 ) prestando atención que la ojiva se adhiere perfectamente a la terminación del racor
para asegurar una conexión perfecta.
Repetir la operación en ambos racores del gato y en los racores de la centralita hidráulica.
No se requiere ninguna correspondencia en las conexiones entre central hidráulica y gato.
Prestar la máxima atención a la limpieza de los tubos antes de proceder a su conexión. Asegurarse que el radio de flexión de los tubos
no provoque estrechamientos y que al mismo tiempo resulte satisfactorio desde un punto de vista estético.
Abrir la válvula de desbloqueo manual alojada en la central hidráulica ZT 70 girando el pomo (C19 ) en el sentido opuesto de las manecillas
del reloj mediante una moneda.
