Ruotare a mano l'anta (C14
) in direzione dell'apertura e verificare l'esatta posizione dell'arresto a
terra (C14
) utilizzando la dima in dotazione descritta dal punto C7 al punto C10.
L'arresto meccanico a terra deve sempre intervenire prima che il martinetto arrivi alla fase di fine
corsa interno.
Proteggere con un panno pulito (C15
l'inserimento dei tubi nel condotto possano introdursi sporcizia o corpi estranei all'interno degli stessi
che potrebbero successivamente danneggiare sia la pompa che i martinetti.
Introdurre i tubi in rame (C16 ) nella condotta (C16 ) che collega la centralina (C16 ) al martinetto
corrispondente (C16 ). Tagliare i tubi in rame in modo che risultino 30÷40 cm più lunghi di quello che
necessita al collegamento.
Il taglio dei tubi va effettuato con attrezzi che non producano trucioli: utilizzare appositi
tagliatubi. Sbavare e pulire perfettamente le estremità dei tubi per evitare l'entrata negli stessi
di impurità che potrebbero danneggiare le pompe o causare perdite d'olio.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR TIMING THE AT 176 JACK (STROKE 200°)
Turn the gate (C14 ) by hand in the opening direction and check the exact position of the stop on the
ground (C14 ) using the template provided described from point C7 to point C10.
The mechanical stop on the ground must always intervene before the jack arrives at the internal
end of stroke phase.
Cover the pipe ends with a clean cloth (C15 ) while they are being inserted in the tubes (C15 ) to
prevent any dirt or foreign bodies from entering them that might subsequently damage the pumps or
the jacks.
Insert the copper pipes (C16
corresponding jack (C16 ) . Cut the copper pipes so that they are 30÷40 cm longer than necessary
for the connection.
These pipes should be cut with tools that do not produce shavings: used appropriate pipe-
cutters. Accurately trim and clean the ends of pipes to prevent the entry of any impurities that
might damage the pumps or cause oil leaks.

Tourner manuellement le vantail (C14 ) dans la direction de l'ouverture et vérifier la bonne position
de la butée au sol (C14 ) en se servant du gabarit fourni (voir description du point C7 au point C10).
La butée mécanique au sol doit toujours intervenir avant que le vérin n'arrive en de fin de course
intérieure.
Protéger avec un chiffon propre (C15 ) l'extrémité des tuyaux (C15 ) pour éviter la pénétration de
saletés ou de corps étrangers lors de l'introduction dans la canalisation, pouvant endommager par la
suite soit la pompe soit les vérins.
Introduire les tuyaux en cuivre (C16 ) dans la canalisation (C16 ) reliant la centrale (C16 ) au vérin
correspondant (C16 ). Couper ensuite les tuyaux en cuivre à une longueur dépassant de 30÷40 cm
celle qui est nécessaire au raccordement.
Se servir de coupe-tubes appropriés pour obtenir des coupes sans copeaux. Ebarber et bien
nettoyer les extrémités des tuyaux pour éviter que des impuretés n'y pénètrent, pouvant
