2. Explanation of Symbols
A lightning-bolt symbol in a triangle indicates a health hazard, e.g. danger
of electric shock.
The exclamation mark in a triangle indicates a particular risk in handling,
operating and control.
The "Hand" symbol indicates special tips and operating information.
3. Safety Instructions
The warranty will be void in the event of damage caused by failure to
observe these safety instructions! We do not accept any liability for
consequential damages!
We do not accept any liability for personal injury or damage to
property caused by incorrect handling or non-observance of the
safety instructions. The warranty is voided in these cases.

The following safety instructions are intended not only for the protection of
your health but also for the protection of the device. Please read carefully
through the following points:
• The unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the product is inad-
missible for safety and approval reasons (CE). Moreover, the warranty
will lapse in such cases.
• This product is not a toy, it is not suitable for children. Children do not
understand how dangerous electrical devices can be. Particular care
must therefore be exercised if children are around.
• When the code lock is moved from a cold to a warm room (e.g. during
transport), condensation water may form. This could damage the products.
There is also the danger of a deadly electric shock! Wait until the product
has reached room temperature before using it. This process may take sev-
eral hours.
