Install the charging rack
Design
The different elements are all individually configurable. Flexible solutions can be created
by arranging the racks in groups, in a line or at angles of 90° to each other. Two cross-
beams can be fitted to each upright.
Safety and instal-
lation
Not included in the scope of supply, however may be necessary depending on the instal-
lation surface:

WARNING! Work that is carried out incorrectly can cause serious injury or dam-
age.
Installation must only be carried out by trained and qualified personnel. Take note
of the safety rules in the charger Operating Instructions.
WARNING! Risk of serious injury and damage from articles being dropped or fall-
ing over.

The charger rack must be assembled and installed vertically.

Battery charging systems mounted to the rack must be installed horizontally.

The charger rack must be assembled on a surface capable of safely with-
standing the rack's own weight and permitted loads.

The rack must be bolted to the floor with four heavy-duty M12 anchors (see
manufacturer's mounting instructions).

An adequate and suitable fastening method must be used.

Adequately dimensioned collision protection is required, which is not con-
nected to the charger rack.

To mount battery charging systems and their accessories, follow the instruc-
tions provided in their respective user documentation.

Check that all the screw connections are tight.
The enclosed sticker with the permitted loads must be affixed in a clearly visible
location on the charger rack.
Check the rack for possible damage at regular intervals.
For concrete floors and walls:
heavy-duty anchors
For asphalt:
threaded rod + perforated sleeve + grout
