Send an object entry to the FROM PLANETARIUM catalog entry.
Usage fp `NAME|RA|DEC|OBJECT TYPE|MAGNITUDE|OPTIONAL DESCRIPTION`
The back-quote characters (`) are essential.
Co-ordinates are assumed to be at the J2000.0 Epoch and acceptable formats are
identical to those accepted by the User Catalog feature.
Object types are identical to that accepted by the User Catalog feature.
Example –
% fp `SUPERNOVA|12:34:56|+12:34|STAR|1.0|BRIGHTENING BY THE HOUR`
