Closed fuel tap
Lack of fuel
Weak tension on the starter
Wrong fuel, storing without petrol tank
being drained
Sooted spark plug (carbon residues on
electrodes), electrodes distance too big
The spark plug is wet from petrol (over-
saturated engine).
Little oil in the engine
Unit is not in a horizontal position. Lack
of oil being signalled
Choke has not been used
Too small appliance
Problem with ignition
Wrong fuel (propellant)
Short circuit
Broken cable
Loose cable
The Starting current is too big.
Too long cable
Removal
Make sure the fuel tap and On/Off are in
the „ON" position
Add some fuel
Pull strongly the starting cord.
Drain the fuel tank and carburettor, add
fresh petrol
Clean the spark plug, check the plug
thermal value, possibly change the
plug, set the electrodes distance to
0.6-0.7 mm
Dry the spark plug out and refit it.
Add oil
Place the unit in a horizontal position
Use the choke
Make sure the spark plug is fitted pro-
perly. Make sure the spark plug cable is
on the spark plug. Clean the spark plug
and check the electrodes if correct.
Make sure proper fuel has been used.
Indicator is off:
An error that you can remove yourself.
Contact the GÜDE service centre.
Indicator is on:
1. Press the overloading protection for
the used output.
2. Check the cables.
3. Check for a short circuit or overloa-
ding.
Reduce the appliance
Shorten the cable
