A galvanised steel support for flat roofs

C hex head screw M8X16
D angular base

F square nut M8
G washer 8X16
At first tighten the bolts by hand; only when the installation is
completed tighten them using a wrench.
- Start installation: connect bases (D) to support (A) using screw
(B), nut (E) and washer (G). The horizontal part of the base must
fit into the corresponding housing in the support.
- Then tighten screws (B) to square nuts (F) inserted in the
groove of the manifold profile.
- After assembling the structure you can adequately tighten all
bolts making sure that the bottom side of the manifold is resting
on the support surface.

- At this point it is necessary to secure the structure to the support
surface by means of the holes made in the bases to prevent
the system from being overturned by the wind. To secure
the structure you can use for example expansion plugs (not
supplied) or similar equipment, taking care to use adequate
sealants to avoid water infiltration.
NB: Make sure the floor mounting points are on the same
supporting surface (horizontal or slightly inclined)
and avoid any torsion stress that might damage the
manifold.
If the supporting surface cannot be drilled, the system must be
secured to solid material ballast blocks whose total weight is not
less than 150 kg.
Make sure the supporting surface on which the solar
energy system is installed can bear its total weight.
Eye protection required in drilling operations.
