• Step G: start the Second rope on the opposite side of the trampoline.
Please follow the sequence as show in the diagram.
(You may nd that you may need quite a lot of power to complete it. It is
normal as to provide enough and enjoyable bouncing power)
Please make sure that all rings are complete.
• Step H: now you have 2 open end rope at each corner as shown
• Step I to M: x the rope to the lock by using tool. The rope should be locked
into the holder underneath the frame. Make sure the rope is securely locked.
Complete the same step for all 12 rope ends.
Now you have the trampoline ready and now install the handle
• Step N: Connect two sections of upper and lower handle-bar (9+10) together as
illustration. Mount the handle using parts of screws M8 (4) and washer (5). Firm
the bolt using provided wrench-screwdriver.
• Step O to Q: Assemble the handle-bar into the stand use the lock knob (6) and
adjustable knob (7) to secure and adjust the suitable height for exercising.
GENERAL EXERCISE NOTICES
• Wear comfortable sports clothing.
• Warm up well before each exercising session.
• Take su cient breaks between exercises and drink su cient uids.
• As a beginner, never exercise to intensively. Slowly increase the intensity of
your workout.
• Perform all exercises smoothly, avoiding jerks and moving too fast.
• Breathe steadily. Exhale with strains and inhale on release.
• Be sure to use the correct posture whilst performing exercises.
• Verify the reinforced legs are rmly connected before every use.
• Do not exercise if you feel ill or unwell.
• Only exercise as long as you feel well and / or you are able to carry out the
exercises correctly.
