3.3 Montaggio della traversa

• Rimuovere i bulloni M8 che sono premontati alle estremità della traversa.
• Sollevare con cura la traversa mediante carrello elevatore o altro mezzo di sollevamento, facendo attenzione a non rovinare
la stessa e assicurandosi che non possa cadere durante la fase di sollevamento.
• Appoggiare la traversa sui montanti verticali; reinserire i bulloni di fissaggio e serrarli. (fig. 6)
• In caso di porte con VPL > 4000 si consiglia di fissare centralmente la traversa (per evitare una flessione antiestetica della
carpenteria).

3.4 Montaggio dei contrappesi

• Srotolare completamente la cinghia lasciando solo 1 giro di scorta avvolta sul tamburo di avvolgimento, facendo passare
la cinghia sulle puleggia di rinvio (vedi fig.7). Infilare la cinghia nella piastra portapesi fissandola con l'apposita piastrina (fig.
8). La misura della cinghia dovrà essere regolata in modo che la barra filettata rimanga a circa 200 mm. da terra (con porta
completamente aperta fig.8).
• Rimuovere i dadi inferiori dalla barra filettata del contrappeso. Rimuovere i primi 4 elementi in ghisa che saranno usati per la
regolazione fine del controbilanciamento (fig. 9).
• Sbloccare manualmente il freno motore agendo contemporaneamente sulla levetta posta posteriormente al motoriduttore e
sul contrappeso, srotolare completamente il telo, ribloccare il freno motore rilasciando la levetta.
ATTENZIONE: quando il telo non è controbilanciato correttamente dal contrappeso, lo sblocco manuale può dare luogo alla
discesa/salita rapida del telo stesso.

3.5 Montaggio costa di sicurezza

• Inserire la costa di sicurezza nella tasca inferiore del telo, (fig. 10).
ATTENZIONE: il lato della costa su cui è posto il pressostato o da cui fuoriescono i cavetti delle fotocellule (nel caso di dispo-
sitivo opzionale Sicur) va posizionato in corrispondenza della colonna sinistra, al cui interno è fissata la catena portacavi.
• Far scorrere la costa per tutta la lunghezza del telo e centrarla perfettamente rispetto al telo stesso. Il telo deve debordare in
egual misura rispetto al profilo d'acciaio della costa di sicurezza.

3.3 Installation of the crosspiece

• Unscrew the M8 bolts which are pre-assembled at the crosspiece ends.
• Carefully hoist the crosspiece with a lift truck or other hoisting means, making sure not to damage the crosspiece or let it
drop during hoisting.
•Lean the crosspiece on the uprights. Insert the fixing bolts and tighten them. (fig. 6)
•In case of orizontal free-passage > 4000 is suggested to fix the crosspiece at middle( to avoid an antiaestetic flexion of the
frame).

3.4 Assembly of the counterweight

• Completely unroll the belt, leaving just 1 spare turn wound around the winding drum, making the belt pass around the return
pulley (see fig.7). Thread the belt through the weight-holder plate and fix in place with the special plaque (fig. 8). The length of
the belt must be adjusted so that the threaded bar remains approximately 200 mm above the ground (with the door completely
open, fig.8).
• Remove the lower nuts from the threaded bar of the counterweight. Remove the first 4 cast-iron elements that will be used
to adjust the counterbalancing (fig. 9).
• Release the motor brake manually, by simultaneously moving the lever located behind the geared motor and the counterweight,
completely unroll the curtain, relock the motor brake by releasing the lever.
• CAUTION: when the curtain is not correctly counterbalanced by the counterweight, the manual release operation may cause
the rapid lowering/raising of the curtain.

3.5 Fixing of the safety bar to the curtain

• Insert the safety bar in the lower pocket of the curtain (fig. 10).
• CAUTION: the side of the bar on which the manostat or the wires of the photocell (in the case of the optional Sicur device)
are situated must be positioned in correspondence with the left column, which houses the cable-carrying chain.
• Make the bar slide along the full length of the curtain and centre it perfectly in relation to the curtain itself. The curtain must
overlap to the same extent as the steel section bar of the safety bar.

3.3 Installation de la traverse

• Retirer les boulons M8 prémontés aux extrémités de l'entretoise.
• Soulever avec soin l'entretoise à l'aide du chariot élévateur ou dun autre moyen de levage, en faisant attention à ne pas
l'abîmer et en sassurant quelle ne tombera pas durant son soulèvement.
• Appuyer l'entretoise sur les montants verticaux; introduire de nouveau les boulons de fixation et les serrer (Fig. 6).
• En cas de portes avec passage libre > 4000 on conseille de fixer centralement la traversepour èviter une flexion antiasthéti-
que de la structure.

3.4 Montage des contrepoids

• Dérouler complètement la courroie en laissant seulement un tour de réserve enroulé sur le tambour d'enroulement en
faisant passer la courroie sur la poulie de renvoi (voir Fig.7). Enfiler la courroie dans la plaque porte-poids en la fixant avec
la plaquette appropriée (Fig. 8). La mesure de la courroie devra être réglée de façon à ce que la barre filetée reste à environ
200 mm de terre (avec porte complètement ouverte Fig.8).
• Enlever les écrous inférieurs de la barre filetée du contrepoids. Enlever les 4 premiers éléments en fonte qui seront utilisés
pour le réglage plus subtil du contre-balancement (Fig. 9).
• Débloquer manuellement le frein moteur en agissant en même temps sur le levier placé derrière le moto réducteur et sur
le contrepoids, dérouler complètement la toile, rebloquer le frein moteur en relâchant le levier.
ATTENTION : quand la toile n'est pas correctement contre-balancée par le contrepoids, le déblocage manuel peut donner
lieu à la descente/montée rapide de la toile elle-même.
3.5 Montage du bourrelet de sécurité
• Introduire le bourrelet de sécurité dans la poche inférieure de la toile (Fig. 10).
• ATTENTION : le côté du bourrelet sur lequel le pressostat est placé ou duquel sortent les câbles des photocellules (dans le
cas de dispositif en option Sicur) doit être mis en correspondance de la colonne gauche à l'intérieur de laquelle est fixée la
chaîne porte câbles.
• Faire coulisser le bourrelet sur toute la longueur de la toile et le centrer parfaitement par rapport à la toile elle-même. La toile
doit déborder en égale mesure de part et d'autre du profilé d'acier du bourrelet de sécurité
