pregiudicare l'efficienza delle valvole, dei pistoni o delle guarnizioni.
A tale scopo è consigliabile applicare al tubo d'aspirazione un filtro a grande superficie ed a bassa
perdita di carico e provvedere alla sua periodica sostituzione.
Quando l'idropulitrice viene alimentata da un serbatoio apposito, è conveniente installare il filtro a
monte del serbatoio.
Il tubo di alimentazione idrica deve avere un diametro non inferiore a quello del raccordo di
connessione alla macchina e deve essere disposto in modo tale da evitare la formazione di sacche
d'aria. L'acqua di alimenazione può avere una temperatura massima di 75°C ed una pressione
massima di 8 bar.
Le guarnizioni ed altre parti della pompa vengono irrimediabilmente danneggiate quando la macchina
viene fatta qui funzionare "a secco" (priva d'acqua) anche per brevi periodi .
Accertarsi che il rubinetto di allacciamento alla rete idrica sia completamente aperto prima di
mettere in funzione l'idropulitrice.
CONNECTION TO THE WATER SUPPLY
The pressure of the water supply must be at least 2 bars. If there is insufficient pressure the pump
will take in air and will be subject to overheating and vibration with consequent serious damage to
the pump itself and to the machine.
The water supply input must provide a flow of water greater by at least 10% of the capacity of the
machine (see the table CHARACTHERISTICS).
Connect water supply tap to the machine input pipefitting
IN using a tube which has _" diameter pipefittings and
the lance to the output
pipefittings OUT. Avoid using water containing sand or
other particles in suspension capable of prejudicing the
efficiency of the valves, pistons or seals if the pump is
being used for a long time.
To this end it is advisable to apply a filter with a large
filtering surface area and low flow resistance to the suction
pipe and to provide its periodic replacement.
When the high pressure cleaner
is fed from an appropriate tank it is fitting to install a
filter upstream of the tank. The water supply tube must
have a diameter of not less than that of the pipefitting
connecting it to the machine and must be arranged in
such a way as to avoid the formation of airlocks. The maximum temperature for the water input is
75°C with a maximum pressure of 8 bars.
The seals and other parts of the pump are irreparably damaged when the machine is "dry" operated
(i.e. without water) even if for brief periods.
Make sure that the water supply connection taps are fully open before putting the high pressure
cleaner into operation.
