Wiring procedure
1. Disengage the two covers of the regenerative power supply module to the front
with a slight pressure and remove them.
2. Mount the fixing brackets for the shield sheet :
– Hand-screw nut M5
– Fit fixing bracket for shield sheet
– Fit serrated lock washer
– Fit PE core with ring cable lug
– Fit washer
– Fit spring washer
– Screw on nut M5
3. Use two screws M4 to screw the shield sheet
– Tightening torque 1.7 Nm (15 lb-in)
4. Connect the mains cable
filter:
– Tightening torque 0.5 ... 0.6 Nm (4.4 ... 5.3 lb-in)
5. Connect the supply cable of the regenerative power supply module :
– Connect the screw terminals L1', L2', L3', PE at the mains filter with the screw
terminals L1, L2, L3, PE at the regenerative power supply module in correct phase
relation.
– Tightening torque 0.5 ... 0.6 Nm (4.4 ... 5.3 lb-in)
– For complying with existing standards (e.g. EN 50178, IEC 61800-3) use shielded
cables from a cable length of 30 cm. Clamp the shield with the clip of the shield
sheet.
6. Connect the supply cable for the controller in the DC-bus connection
terminals +UG, -UG:
– Tightening torque 0.5 ... 0.6 Nm (4.4 ... 5.3 lb-in).
7. Wiring of mains synchronisation:
– Internal mains synchronisation: factory-set bridges
– External mains synchronisation: remove bridges
synchronisation cable .
– Tightening torque 0.5 ... 0.6 Nm (4.4 ... 5.3 lb-in).
8. Plug the two covers of the power connections on the regenerative power supply
module.
