Static functional test
Place the piston rod in the advanced end position.
Exhaust port (2 è Fig. 1). The clamp is active.
Pressurise cylinder chamber of the DNCKE in the returning direction with test pressure P
while simultaneously exhausting the cylinder chamber in the advancing direction.
The test force (test pressure) should be acting for 60 s. During this time, the piston should not move
any further.
