7.1.4 Connection of the Ethernet cable
Use of Ethernet cables with the following
characteristics is highly recommended:
• Category 5E (or higher)
• U/UTP
• 4 pair
Connect the ethernet cable to the relative connector
(J3, 7.1.1 Connector board description, page 18).
Connect the ground cable to the relevant terminal
(GND, 7.1.1 Connector board description, page 18).

7.1.4.1 PoE 90W power supply
The product can be powered in PoE 90W using our
power injector (10.3 Power supply, page 25).
If the product is powered by two sources of power
supply simultaneously (24V and PoE 90W), only the
24V line will be used, disabling the PoE 90W power
supply.
7.1.5 Selecting the unit operating mode
There is a DIP switch inside the base that allows you
to configure the Factory default mode (S1, 7.1.1
Connector board description, page 18).
