Flush type surround applications

TOP SECTION VIEW - Flush to wall
Where you want the surround flush against the
finished wall, do not install the extension trim
pieces. Unfasten the appliance from the framing,
hook the surround to the heater and push the
appliance back into the framing cavity until the
surround meets the wall. Re-fasten the appliance
to the framing.
4. Place the plinth in
front of the window,
on the bottom panel
of the appliance.
Note: There are two
straight vertical tabs
at the bottom of the
plinth. They must
fit in front of the
appliance's bottom
edge, as shown
below.
5. Lay the glass panel
face down on a clean
and smooth surface.
Fit the four bolts
provided through the
struts on the back
of the surround. Fix
them solidly with the
nuts provided.

6. Identify the top and bottom of the glass panel
according to the image below. Hook the glass
panel to the heater inserting the bolts at the back
of the panel into the slots of the mounting brackets
on the front face of the heater.

7. Sort the left hand side and the right hand side
doors—the tab to open the door should be at the
bottom.
Take one door and locate the top hinge pin in the
holed bracket located inside the top front of the
outer firebox liner.
Slide the door up as much as possible and fit the
lower hinge pin in the bottom hole.
8. Repeat with the other door.
The doors should be maintained closed by a magnet
on each side of the window frame.
