Installation
1. Fit the heat shield
to the appliance's
opening top edge
with two screws
provided.
Note: the shorter
edge (rounded
corners) should be
in the front and the
longer edge (angled)
should be at the
rear with the flange
upwards.

2. Fit the glass front
mounting brackets
over the side flanges
of the appliance
opening and secure
with two screws on
each side.
3. There are two possible relationships between the
surround and the finished wall: the surround either
floats off from the wall or is flush to the wall.

- For this trim application, the

heater should be installed

If not, unfasten the heater from the framing and
adjust position accordingly.
- Early production heaters do not have holes for
mounting edge extension trim. Using the rivet
clearance holes as a guide for positioning, hold the
extension pieces in place and drill your own 1/8"
mounting holes.
